Restaurant bewertenI walked into the bakery and purchased a chocolate birthday cake and some fresh Mexican bread. Both items were delicious! I highly recommend this bakery to everyone and I will definitely be returning in the future.
This is the pan dulce you always hope for, but never quite discover. But here, it's finally here. The bread is fantastic. Soft, moist, spongy, fragrant, sweet, and buttery at every bite. Every item I've sampled here, from the conchas to the pineapple upside down cake, has surpassed my expectations. While some Mexican bakeries can be inconsistent, this place hits it out of the park. Treat yourself to a muffin or that pineapple cake and you'll be craving it for days!
The restaurant is charging too much for dry bread, and the worst part is they charge extra for a container to put your bread in. I bought a dozen for $28 and the employee tried to cram all the bread into a small bag. I purchased the bread for my daughter's school and didn't want it to get squished. The service was terrible, and I will not be returning because the bread was dry. I should have gone to Northgate instead. I just wanted to warn people about their high prices and the quality of their bread.
Sweet Brot is okay. It's better than their previous food business, Brot, but not the best in the city. I purchased 5 items and the total came to over $7. The previous bakery that was here had better offerings. I suggest avoiding the pastries, as they were not good at all.
Pretty good mexican bakery goods and cookies..I enjoy thier pastries its a little pricey but products are excellent...
