Restaurant bewertenFirst, a big 'danke' our meal tonight was amazing, beware from the cook! second. for a long time, I have tried to disappoint every takeaway I've tried in the opposite, which offers similar cuisine. from bland curries that offer no recognizable taste to a lack of much needed flavor. I usually eat in restaurants, either five stars or other types of luxury arches. I have believed by this afer mentioned disappointment that maybe more out of my mind were not for me. due to the current kovid 19 crisis and the closure we all live under, my family and I decided to try this restaurant after glowing reviews of friends and colleagues. they were not wrong. I order a tikka chicken carai, with Pilau rice, a ktikka garlic and coriander naan and a part of chips. that is the first karai I've ever had, and it was raised. the correct amount of taste, the correct amount of flavor. the rice was fluffy and light and the naan mouthwater and soft. also the chips were excellent and homemade. I couldn't blame. my family dishes were also excellent, from onion bhajis, to vegetable biriyani, all error-free. they mark my words, I will come back, and based on this review they should also give them an attempt. excellent, excellent, excellent. 5/5 (light)
Great tasty food and excellent service. Arrived early too
The rice naan and lentils where fine but there it ends. Firstly a naan I hadn't ordered was on my order. I rang to inform them but no one answered the phone left a message. Message from their agent saying 40 minute delay but arrived on time? Then I find that the onion bhaji paid for was missing. Again phone call with no answer. And to top it all the curries a bhuna and a vindaloo were very disappointing pointing. Imagine the same bland sauce with only a little bit more chillies in the vindaloo never again.
Can't eat in here only takeaway, Madras Chicken with Chips very nice and very reasonable price too.
The staff were brilliant on the phone. And they got me a replacement curry straight out. However, the curry was disgusting. Both times. A madras with a red hue. I despise massalla for the sugary taste. I could taste the sugar in my original curry and in my replacement. I won't be ordering again.
