Restaurant bewertenI am done with them. The service at this location is consistently poor. 10 minutes or lo ger waiting in the drive through after ordering. No update, given the wrong order, I discovered at home. Everything was Luke warm at best. Just another meh experience. Other outlets do it better
The French fries are almost always old, cold, gross. C’mon folks. This is one of the things that people used to go to McDs for……..not in Northfield!
I ordered bacon quarter cheese no pickle in drive thru. They had me pull forward which I was fine with.I said please make sure my fries are hot and can I get some mayo packets.Got my food and immediately tried my french fries and they were COLD!My bacon quarter no pickle HAD PICKLES and after pulling them off discovered the meat had zero seasoning on it so my sandwich was awful. Oh, and they didn't give me the mayo packets I asked for either.Another disappointing visit.
Again as this is a common theme, order wrong. And told by Manager that for their lack of quality I must drive down again to have the order fixed. At this point there seems to be a systemic Leadership problem and attention to detail. This is why we usually chose a competitor and the order is right..
Placed an order using the app. I was pulling a large trailer so drive-through was not an option. I chose curbside-pickup. No kidding, it was just over 15 minutes before they brought our order out, which made us late to our destination.
