Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I received my delivery order of a half chicken and French fries, but the fries were cold and the chicken was not cooked properly. I do not recommend ordering from this location or dining in as the quality is very poor.

Go to restaurant for take out during the pandemic. Family pack, always consistent, great value. Still don't like Chalet Sauce, but that's personal. Julie loves it.

Decor is tired. Restaurant is clean but unkept. Service is indifferent. One of the poorer Swis Chalets we have eaten at. Will not return.

Swiss Chalet delivers a consist fare and is always tasty. Had the 1/2 rack of ribs with fries and a nice warm fresh roll. We had a big group but still had good service.

I took my mother here this past Saturday for lunch. She ordered the new crispy chicken and I had a chicken ceasar salad. My chicken breast was so dry I had a hard time swallowing it. My mothers chicken looked NOTHING like the advertisements. She had one piece that was SO greasy we sent it back. The waitress said it was because it just came out of the fryer. Well any other restaurant lets it drain, but not here. It didn't have that crunchy coating like the pictures in flyers and on TV. I was very disappointed. Every time I order chicken breast they cooking the living daylights out of it and it is always dry without fail. I give up. I won't go back to Swiss Chalet.
