Restaurant bewertenVery good quality fish Comfortable setting and chic Went there for sushi and sashimi dinner on a week night It is difficult GL find good fish and this is more than good Place is clean and tidy and tables are space apart (important for post COVID Probably not great for young kids though Overall thumbs up
Our group enjoyed everything we ordered. The sushimi was fresh with no fishy taste. Would definitely recommend the unagi roll. The eel just melts in your mouth.
For those looking to try their excellent sushi at an affordable price, I highly recommend visiting for lunch. The sushi lunch set provides great value for money, including Edamame, miso soup, salad, 5 pieces of nigiri sushi, 2 pieces of Oshi sushi, and 2 pieces of sashimi all for under $20. Unlike other high-end sushi places, we found ourselves completely satisfied with the portion sizes here. If you enjoyed your lunch experience, I suggest trying their dinner menu next. The Omakase plate offers 12 pieces of high-quality nigiri at a more affordable price compared to traditional Omakase sets, without the long time commitment. The quality of the fish is top-notch, with generous portions and unique garnishes that demonstrate the chefs' dedication to their craft. The sushi rice is also exceptional, perfectly cooked with great texture and flavor in every bite. The dine-in experience at Project:Fish is equally impressive. The staff are friendly and welcoming, with the chefs even greeting guests at the door. The open air design allows diners to witness the chefs at work, showcasing their passion for sushi-making. The restaurant's decor combines industrial minimalism with natural elements, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Overall, Project:Fish stands out as a sushi spot that not only offers great value and consistent quality but also provides an excellent dine-in experience. My wife and I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be returning for more delicious sushi.
Amazing sushi and service. Their interior is really nice and all the staff are attentive and welcoming. We got the omakase sushi plate, tuna tacos and neo roll and it was the perfect amount of food for two people : will be back!
I had an incredible experience at this sushi restaurant. It is definitely the top sushi spot in Toronto. The servers were exceptionally friendly and kind. The quality and flavor of the food really impressed me. I had a fantastic dining experience from beginning to end and would definitely return. I highly recommend trying the chirashi tart!
