Our group enjoyed everything we ordered. The sushimi was fresh with no fishy taste. Would definitely recommend the unagi roll. The eel just melts in your mouth.

The Omakase plate offers 12 pieces of high-quality nigiri at a more affordable price compared to traditional Omakase sets, without the long time commitment. The quality of the fish is top-notch, with generous portions and unique garnishes that demonstrate the chefs' dedication to their craft. The sushi rice is also exceptional, perfectly cooked with great texture and flavor in every bite. The dine-in experience at Project:Fish is equally impressive. Amazing sushi and service. Their interior is really nice and all the staff are attentive and welcoming. We got the omakase sushi plate, tuna tacos and neo roll and it was the perfect amount of food for two people : will be back!

I had an incredible experience at this sushi restaurant. It is definitely the top sushi spot in Toronto. The servers were exceptionally friendly and kind. The quality and flavor of the food really impressed me. I had a fantastic dining experience from beginning to end and would definitely return. I highly recommend trying the chirashi tart!
