I'm baffled by the negative reviews. This is my go-to place for late-night eats. The service and food quality are always excellent. I usually order the sandwiches or wings, and sometimes I get sides. I order through SkipTheDishes and have never encountered any problems. I do miss the late hours since they now close earlier, but it's still one of my favorite spots for late-night orders. I have to commend the late-night staff for their outstanding service! Thank you!

It's Popeyes! It should have opened in the shopping center sooner. The facility is great, and the location is beautiful and clean. The chicken is fresh and served hot. However, the app isn't functioning properly because it hasn't been updated with the location yet.

I’ve purchased bad-smelling chicken from this place three times. I also spoke to a lady who returned her order due to the same issue. Overall, I’ve bought from this business around 8-10 times, and the meat has consistently been stale; you can definitely taste it. I'm hoping the new store opening at Fairview Mall will be better.

Such a disappointment. Ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes longer than time provided. Chicken wings and tenders were raw and had to cook them at home. Fish and shrimp is a joke. It looked like somebody took a bite out of the fish and very small portion. Will not be coming back to this location again.

I bought 3 tuesday specials yesterday and today i found out that out of 6 dark meat 1 was just breast and 1 was wing which were so dry that i could hardly bite any!! I was so angry that they dare to cheat customers so obviously that i just called their manager for the complaint. First she excused if i had mentioned dark meat at the order of course it says all dark meat in receipt . Then she said perhaps not enough dark meat and breast was more expensive. It is rediculus because there were many chicken on the shelf!! Then she excused again that i had to complain yesterday not today, saying that the staff was not at work today. I told her that it would not be just the mistake by the staff. You may mistake the thigh with breast but not a drumstick with a wing!!! I argued that if the staff dared to change 2 pieces out of 6, that should be the policy of the store with the top's demand or approval!! Then the manager asked me to hold the line and then it was cut off few seconds later!! Now as i check on the reviews of this store, i am surprised that most of customers have very negative experience!! Just wonder why it can still survive and the headquarter does not discipline the owner!!??
