I ordered several things for takeout and received them quite quickly but since it was pouring rain outside and I was walking, I needed one bag to carry all of my food.Suddenly, everyone started working AROUND ME and working with the next customer.It was like I didn't exist after I made my large order!This is embarrassing and very rude behaviour.I would have just left the food but I was getting food for other people.Finally a Black employee came from the back and asked what size bag I needed.That means I was definitely heard but ignored!I understand that you're working to service the people quickly but good customer service also requires you to finish working with one customer and then start with another.Hmmmmm...was it because I'm Black?I hate to think that but I sure was ignored after my money was taken...

The White Hot Chocolate is absolutely amazing, it was incredibly delicious and satisfying. I would definitely purchase it again, it was delightful.

I have repeatedly requested that my Simply Sausage Biscuit be made without cheese, but they consistently add cheese anyway.
