Restaurant bewertenLocated at the remote end of Weston, this restaurant offers delicious snacks and hot tea at affordable prices.
I went to this restaurant with a group last Thursday (24th May 2018) for dinner. We were greeted and escorted to our table by some of the students. All of the staff (students) were incredibly polite. The dining room was lovely and the food was great. My only issue was that the service was very fast, almost too fast. They were clearing our plates before some of us had finished eating. It would be nice if they slowed down a bit so we could truly enjoy the experience. It would also be nice if they gave us the opportunity to applaud the team and provide feedback through brief forms. This was my third visit and I would definitely recommend this experience.
Welcomed with a smile food lots of choice especially as I am coeliac lovely friendly atmosphere, food is very reasonably priced
The Grove is a training kitchen at Weston College. The food I had was absolutely excellent and I received very good service. The prices made for ridiculously good value for money! I had a heavenly bread and butter pudding for desert that was honestly the best I've ever had. Will be back!
This venue is part of Weston College. The staff are all students under training from first years upwards, so be generous and understanding with your expectations. You will need to book a table and allow time to progress through security. Parking is by nearby pay car parks. Our party took the full capacity of the restaurant and we all had pre-ordered from the three course menu which also came with coffee. Service was prompt. All persons were served within a short time. All meals were beautifully presented and tasted really good so much so that all plates were emptied even though the portions were more than adequate. The ambience is good and there is a bar with wines available. Altogether a splendid effort from the students and such good value. The future looks good for catering.
