Chick Fil-a - North Richland Hills

I requested sauce, extra napkins, and a drink with my ice cream when placing my order... unfortunately, none of it was provided. This was especially frustrating as I only had a 30-minute lunch break. To make matters worse, my fries were served without ketchup and my strips without ranch dressing. I only received 2 napkins for my entire break. Quite disappointing.

The food, service, and cleanliness at this restaurant are all top-notch. The high standards are truly appreciated.

I ordered a salad, and it was just okay. It seems like the quality of their salads is being overlooked, as I found quite a bit of bad lettuce in mine. The person taking my order in the drive-thru seemed unenthusiastic, but the girl at the window was very polite.

Staff is friendly! Sometimes there's an off chance where the line is long the staff is more stressed out but wouldn't you be stressed if you had a huge line? Love Chick-fil-A food, the app the company!

This is a busy location, 2 drive-thru lines, extra employees outside as needed. At this location they are consistently friendly, efficient and the food is always hot. I know Chick Fil-A is known for these things but they are always making it better.
