Big Deal Burger - North Richland Hills

We ordered delivery, and my mom got the single burger, which she really enjoyed. I opted for the Dad Bod Combo, but unfortunately, the brisket was overcooked and tough. There was also a bit too much blue cheese dressing for my taste, although the patties were packed with flavor. My brother chose the Norris Nunchuck burger, and he had the same issue with the brisket being tough and overcooked. He also received no veggies but praised the sausage and burger patties. Sadly, the Cajun fries were soggy and too soft. I would recommend sticking with the original burgers instead of going for the fancier options. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth the price. We spent about $50 before tax, delivery, and tip, and it was just average. If you're interested, I suggest dining in at the restaurant instead.

I ordered through Uber Eats, and the food arrived quickly, which was the only positive aspect of my experience. The bun on the burger was the best part; however, the patty was stale and dry. I had requested ketchup, mustard, and BDB sauce, but none of these were included on the burger. Overall, I had a terrible first experience with this restaurant.

They offer some gigantic burgers that look amazing, but I wasn't quite daring enough to try one. Instead, I built my own burger, which was fantastic due to the wide array of combinations available. The food also arrived hot and fresh!

I had never tried Big Deal before, but it was nearby, and I was craving a burger. It turned out to be one of the best burgers I've ever had. I went for the build-your-own option, but they have some pretty wild burgers on the menu that I might try next time when I’m feeling a bit hungrier.

They are more expensive than any restaurant I’ve ever been to, and the food tastes terrible. To make matters worse, they don’t have air conditioning! Nobody wants to dine in an oven!!! I highly recommend avoiding this place!
