Tidewater Grill - North Myrtle Beach

We had a great dinner of salads and proteins at this restaurant. The fried green tomatoes were delicious as well. The service was very attentive. We arrived around 5:30pm on a Wednesday and the restaurant quickly filled up.

My friends and I came here for lunch on a Wednesday and were pleasantly surprised by the lunch special - fried shrimp and chips for just $10.99! The meal was delicious and the portions were generous. I also enjoyed a Hazy Little Thing IPA with my meal. We discovered that they offer a similar special on Thursdays with fried flounder. We definitely plan on coming back!

The crab and artichoke dip was fantastic, as was the lobster roll for the main dish. I highly suggest making a reservation.

Stopped by with my grandma and I gotta say I?m glad I did. The staff was extremely friendly. I had the shrimp and grits and granny had the flounder. Even though both dishes were delicious I gotta say the flounder was on a different level. Greatbreading, the homemade chips were crispy and tasty. 10/10 would recommend.

Chose Tidewater because of the fact that we could make a reservation in a town that most places refuse even call ahead seating. Making reservations was good, the rest of the experience was amazing! Everything from the food, to the drinks, to theservice was top notch! Started with the crab artichoke dip which was creamy and had plenty of crab in it. My wife loved herblood orange Paloma. The shrimp and grits were delicious and large enough to feed two with one order. The swordfish special wasperfectly cooked as well. Cannot recommend going here more heartily!
