Nakato Grill - North Mankato

I filed a pick-up order. I was just a short distance...less than 5 miles... they told me when it was done and I arrived, went in and they called my name to pick up the order. Paid and was out of the door in less than 3 minutes! The food was still hot when I came home to my daughter. Excellent food and service.

Breakfast lunch or dinner this is a great place to eat. Friendly and fast service. Great choices and priced right. One of the better bar and grilles in downtown North Mankato.

Fantastic neighborhood place, best burgers in 'kato, other menu items first rate as well (pickled pepper chicken sandwich was firebombtastic. Frequently rotating tap handles increase the variety. Strongly recommend.

I went to the NaKato Bar and Grill on a beautiful Sunday morning and the waitstaff greeted me with a smile as they showed me to my table. After a brief browsing of their menu I decided to go with the Turkey Bacon Melt. During a short wait for my meal I observed the decorum and thought that this is a perfect example of a southern Minnesota bar and grill with a few modern touches. When my food arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the crispness of the Texas toast and flavor of the bacon. The fries were perfectly cooked and after a light dashing of salt they were exactly how I like. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at the NaKato Bar and Grill and would like to go again.

Yummy! Went during a Vikings game. Stopped on the way to the MN state park with the buffalo herd. Lots of unique variety of sandwiches, etc. Onion rings are not battered on-site, but were delicious and I would have believed they were made in-house. Very nice staff! Bathroom was clean.
