Mcdonald's - North Little Rock

Never thought I’d give a McDonald’s 5 stars, but this location is top notch. Food is always fresh! Very friendly staff as well!

I have to say that, although I'm not the biggest McDonald's fan and haven't been since I was a child, I was extremely impressed by their customer service the last time I visited. The young lady who took our order at the drive-thru was so pleasant that I was caught off-guard. Sadly, that's not the norm for McDonald's, but she was PHENOMENAL. I could hear the warmth in her voice, and had I had cash on me, I would have tipped her. Then, to my further surprise, the young man who gave us our food, at the second window, was just as pleasant. I don't know what was going on, but that both were on it that evening. Although the food was just OK, the customer service was surprisingly excellent.

McDonald's is my everything when it comes to a good drink, some yall like to go to the bar, but McDonald's is where it's at for me. A Dr. Pepper is the perfect cherry on top to the end of my stressful day, McDonald's has it going on, I don't know what they put in their Dr. Pepper but I'm there to get one almost every day in Maumelle A
