Restaurant bewertenI am extremely disappointed with the recent changes at this restaurant and the behavior of its employees. We encountered multiple issues with the staff since the recent changes. The workers were disrespectful and seemed to dislike their jobs. We ordered 2 boxes of 50 munchkins and 2 dozen donuts at 7:45AM, but only received 3 dozen donuts and 1 box of munchkins. When I requested the missing items, I was told there were only 'like' 98 munchkins left and was refused a refund. The staff member even tried to take back the extra donuts through my car window. My young child was upset by the whole ordeal. It was shocking to see the employee shout at customers for their mistakes. A new staff is definitely needed, preferably individuals who enjoy their work.
Got 2 coffees and one tea, had to correct the order twice, and watch the girl make the drinks one at a time and still screwed them up. Now I know why people have stopped going here.
They asked if i wanted hash browns with my sandwich, charged me for them and didn’t give me them. I am at work and couldn’t go back, sad
Over the years, the restaurant has become more affordable but the quality has declined. I remember how much better the coffee used to be ten years ago, with a richer flavor. Although I was never a fan of their food, they did have impressive quality coffee back then. Unfortunately, it seems that the coffee is now watered down, which is disappointing considering the high quality beans they used to use. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame to see the decline in quality.
The staff at the restaurant need to improve their math skills, as I consistently receive incorrect change from the window cashier. It is frustrating to always have to double-check my change.
