Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I’m a usually customer of this store every morning I get my shakes, the smoothies were always on point, but since they change personal this mood is been horrible! The wraps are made the wrong way and it’s not the first time this happens because I understand everybody makes a mistake once or twice but this is the third time with the new personnel is pretty horrible! Hope the people were there before come back!!

Food was fresh and hot smoothy was food and workers nice

Placed an curbside order, selected arrived, waited for a good while but no one bought the order out. Went in to pick it up, it’s sitting on the counter. No customer service at all. No greeting, a customer was waiting in front of me. She had to ask if anyone was working to take orders. The young lady stated they were busy making orders, which is understandable but when you work with customer a little courtesy of I’ll be right with you would be nice. The customer walked out. I am here multiple times a week, because this place is amazing! They balance their smoothies so perfectly, and they're very consistent. I have a few favorites, but I've tried a lot of their menu and so far, haven't had a smoothie I didn't like. Their food is always good as well, and the staff are always friendly and work quickly.

I enjoy the Watermelon Mojito and The Blueberry Bliss Smoothie. The Turkey BACON ranch sandwich is awesome too.
