I wish I could give no stars. I went into this location today because my online order wasn't correct and instead of remaking my order the minimum wage employee decided to argue with me. Then after someone else stepped in and I expressed that I didn't want her to fix my food she continued to yell at me about i don't want to fix your food. That is very unprofessional, and word of mouth is the best form of advertising. I will be sharing this experience.
I got subs from door dash and it's like they use the messed up bread for orders out. The bread was pretty much shredded the subs were right but they didn't put any condiments on either sub. I won't be ordering for delivery again
Ordered with grub hub ended up receiving a full refund. First couple of hairs I figured was from my 1 year old. Further examination proved it was synthetic hair..kanekalon braiding hair to be exact..yea never again
The staff member at this restaurant was extremely rude. I arrived on a Friday at 9:45 PM with two people in front of me and one behind me. Despite being in the restaurant 15 minutes before closing time, I was told they were closing at 10 PM and would not be able to make my food before then. The customer behind me and I left due to this treatment. When I called to report the incident, I was informed that the manager was not present. I do not appreciate the disrespectful behavior of your employee and will be taking my business to another Subway location that serves until closing time.
