Mcdonald's Restaurants - North Ayrshire

Horrible mess i hate this McDonalds so bad (The seats are so hard it makes me fell like im being sat on) then i was told by a worker “you single?”

Whenever I order through the app or visit the restaurant, they always seem to forget something so basic to add. I honestly don't think this is a place worth visiting. Why do I never receive my 20p ketchup? And next time, please make sure to include the burger in my order.

Mixed review of this restaurant. It is located in a strange spot within a retail park, appearing to be a converted empty store unit rather than a standalone establishment. However, the manager, a man in a white shirt, set a great example of customer service with his friendly and professional demeanor. He made an effort to be cheery and personable. Unfortunately, most of the other staff seemed disinterested in customers, keeping their heads down. The breakfast served was decent.

Double cheese burger looked like it had been slapped together with no care. The burger meat was half hanging out the bun and so was the cheese. Also it was cold. I have visited this place before and they never have food ready, I'm always asked to park up and waif, and the food is warm!! I've given them the benefit of the doubt by revisiting and definitely won't go back.. it was a cheek for them to charge me for that tosh.

Ordered a couple of happy meals through McDonalds app tonight for quickness (as you do) after a phone call from delivery driver asking what I had ordered (as McDonalds had lost the order) and 2 hours and 15 minutes of time that I didn't have (as I was actually due to be somewhere) it finally arrived, and surprise surprise, items were also wrong on the order and my daughter wouldn't even eat it! Never again, awful service! I get that it's a Saturday night but over 2 hours for 2 happy meals is a joke!
