Panda Express - Norfolk

I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed and the quality of food. they had not prepared all foods and were slow to have them available. the fountain drink machine was sold out and they had no bottled drinks to buy with their food. the food was undercooked and did not seem fresh at all. the present staff seemed uninterested and reacted with little urgency. I'm not sure if the management has changed, but the service is bad now. I wouldn't recommend it.

Hadn't been in over a year. Food was not as good as it was.Opens at 1100 am, but they rarely have more than a couple of items ready.

The staff are very professional and are excellence at customer service. The food is great too.

When you buy something from here, be sure to check your receipt. because they may accidentally withdraw extra money from your account and not return it to you when you realize it later. Even if they check the camera recording and account activities, they won't help you if you don't have a receipt. Right, keep your receipt forever, never throw it away.

Food was hot, good choices and good portions. Limited soda, they were out of 3 flavors. Cashier was friendly and very apologetic though.
