Cozy room with friendly staff and fast service. To be enjoyed the excellent dishes sought by Chef Junior such as Tortellacci Filetto Costine at BASSA temperature etc.
Booked this restaurant on the occasion of a day spent in Nonantola. Local appearance not refined, but excellent cuisine, typically Modena. We experimented with pumpkin tortelli and tortelloni at Civico 54, that is filled with ricotta and with grated raw ham. Both delicious. Then an appetizer used as second: fried dumpling with meat cutter. One mistake: having ordered two in three people, when maybe one would be enough. All watered by a bottle of 3/4 of good Lambrusco. Friendly service. I count for everything, including water and coffee, 60 euros: a price more than honest.
Waiting for the guided tour of Nonantola Abbey we stopped for lunch. It looks like a pub, in fact the menu is very varied with excellent proposals of the day. Friendly staff. Definitely recommended.
We ordered with delivery at home, all very good, abundant portions. Very good also Barozzi type cake with mascarpone. We will definitely reorder!
