Restaurant bewertenWe really enjoyed our Friday evening dinner at this place. The owner was incredibly friendly and takes pride in making her customers happy. We had great priced $10 teriyaki chicken and katsu chicken rice bowls and were allowed to BYO a stubbie. I think we'll make this place a regular :
Sourcing the best seafood, chicken and meat from Japanese suppliers, there’s a two-paged menu to choose from, including ‘don’ meals, sashimi, aburi, tempura and sushi, with the option of choosing the more nutritious black and wild rice in your sushi. The couple make their own teriyaki sauce from scratch and don’t use MSG. It takes them an hour to make the gluten-free soy sauce!<br/ “We have customers bringing in our Instagram photos and asking for Wagyu beef and Blue Fin Tuna,” Claudia tells us.<br/ These dishes win us over for both taste and presentation: the Kuro Maguro tuna the freshest, deepest colour we’ve ever seen – Maguro Magnifique! The salmon sashimi and aburi melt in our mouths. It’s sushi to be savoured, rather than downed quickly plate by plate.
Great varieties of fresh interesting extensive sushi choices. Excellent for takeout or easy quick meal. Staff are nice and friendly. Nice, chill out décor, not as noisy and crowded as other sushi train restaurants. Salmon Sashim, Spicy Salmon, Teriyaki Chicken don ... just to name a few of my favourites.
Just stumbled upon this place whilst on holiday but sure glad I did! Service was fantastic and sushi made fresh right in front of you! Definitely worth giving this place a go if you’re in the area!!
