Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Nob

The worst Popeyes, staff too busy joking and taking breaks during lunch. Stood in line for 10 minutes with no one in front of me. Never asked for order. Asked for Manager and found that She was 1 of 3 employees that were too busy joking to help Customer. Popeyes needs to shut down this location and fire the staff. Put them on the street and let them go hungry.

While put in a wait line in front of store, they gave out 50 dollar meals to a van 3 spaces away. After supposedly giving us the same plus a free apple ple we got home and found we were shorted 8 wings, one spicy sandwich And a fry

Despite fast food no longer being fast at times…… The customer service I always receive from Shawnta and Britney is always top tier! They keep a positive attitude no matter the circumstances and kept me updated on the status of my order. I appreciate them for taking pride in their jobs.

15 minutes in line and all i got was a manager on the phone fixing screwed up orders from a shift change or staff (manager) in general not knowing their job on giving a refund when THEY screw up YOUR order up TWICE. Should 've kept McDonald 's and tore this place down. Oh, and if you want to wash your hands before you eat, be sure to ask for the KEY to the restroom. RIDICULOUS!!!! I recommend NOTHING FROM THIS DUMP!!!
