Steak 'n Shake - Niles

This restaurant has changed quite a bit. You need to do order on the screen for credit or ATM cards, although there is an option to do cash. Many things on their previous hard menu have been deleted. There is no waitress or waitress. Your number is called when your order is ready and you go up and pick it up. The whole experience is quite impersonal. I'm really not impressed by how they make their order. The size of her burgers has fallen a little. Three of us ate there and none of us liked the paper straws at all, they begin to fall apart quite quickly. I probably wouldn't go back to Steak and shake to eat again. What confused the three of us was that they used styrofoam cups that are strong on the environment, but use paper straws. Why?
