Mcdonald's - Niagara Falls

We went to drive thru for some quick snack but the the person on speaker was so impatient , He didn’t even let us complete our order ? His name is JJ thats what we have been told. He really need to learn basic order taking skills …although the crew on the window was good .

If I could give 0stars I would I ordered skip as I am at work and when it came it was wrong and my donut had mold all over it and inside

Convenient location before you hop on the highway to Toronto but the staff here seem to use the place more as a hangout than a place of work. Loudly joking around with each other and being boisterous in their native tongue. Waited at the cash for a good while before I had to walk over to the pickup counter and ask if someone was actually working cash. Coffee was warm, not hot and didn’t taste fresh. The infestation of fruit flies coming out of the ketchup dispenser was enough to turn your stomach so had to ask for ketchup packets. Not a stellar location, could be so much more if the staff did more time cleaning things like the ketchup dispenser instead of joking around and acting like it’s a frat house.

Washrooms are absolute disaster, dirty and smelly. Doesn't seem like there is a regular cleaning routine there. Staff is avoiding making any contact, slow and disengaged. Drunk person came from outside with old, previously used pop cap, washed it at pop machine using soft drink and napkins and made a refill. Staff ignored that. I will never come back to this place.

I'm basing this review solely on the bathrooms. First of all they're locked, which I understand because there's a lot of drug use that goes on in public restrooms. So you have to go to the counter and get buzzed in. There are two bathrooms. Both are unisex, but fully separate sound resistant bathrooms which is nice. HOWEVER, they are gross. They're dirty. It's not the kind of dirty that gets there in one one hour, 6 hours or even a day. It's the MONTH LONG kinda dirty. (Pics below) to me, if the bathrooms like this, I am NOT eating the food.
