The customer service here is excellent. The ski infrastructure is also very modern and the skiing is good. I am staying at the Jordan Hotel. It is superb. The staff are great and it is a genuinely customer service focussed approach. Shout out to the manager George. A small issue arose this morning at breakfast and he fixed it immediately. Much appreciated George. THANKS!

Magical place. Truly. Skiing and riding for all ability levels. Sunday River is not as crowded or expensive as other resorts of its size. It also has better snow making and is thus more consistent than most of what's available on the east. Base lodges aren't anything fancy but work. I've visited in the summer as well for zip lining which was also a good time, but the place shines brightest in the winter. All staff I've engaged have been friendly and professional. Nothing not to like.

Amazing weekend thanks to the wonderful staff all over the Mountain,from ski school instructors teaching my wife, to guest services, lift operators, food services, and ski patrol. The mountain was in great conditions thanks to all the grooming and snow making, perfect trip for our family

Moved from Northern California to Maine and thought the skiing on the East Coast would be a big downgrade. Was pleasantly surprised that’s Sunday River had runs that peaked my interest and plenty of them. I’ll definitely be back.

Great l place! Plethora of fun trails for all experience levels, from a first timer to shred master. Lots of different peaks to explore and places to eat. Loved the up-keep of the place and grooming of trails. All the staff are very pleasant, cheerful and always willing to help. We will definitely be coming here next year!
