The service was okay, not great. The employees were somewhat rude. Got the avocado toast and the eggs were uncooked, the egg whites were still runny. : The coffee was also underwhelming. Would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

The food was great as usual, but the employee girl with dark hair and it was put up, was the worst employee I've ever dealt with, she was so rude, wouldn't acknowledge me for my pick up even though there was no one ahead of me, I asked for my to go order I could see was mine, and she basically refused to help me,finally someone came out from the kitchen and handed it to me, I told her she was no help at all, and she said WHATEVER! I've been coming here for many years, never was treated that way.

Today, September 15, 2024, my sister and I visited Haute Cakes Café, and we were excited to finally find a place with excellent gluten-free options, as she has a gluten allergy. I had a cappuccino and a drip coffee, both of which were exceptional. My sister enjoyed a specialty lemonade that she found equally delightful. We ordered the gluten-free oatmeal with added fruit for an extra $7, and it was fantastic. The gluten-free buckwheat Haute Cakes were also outstanding. Lastly, we had the egg sandwich. While everything almost arrived as ordered, we did encounter a minor issue with the staff. The barista and counter service were not as attentive as we had hoped. The staff member who took our order misunderstood our request for the egg sandwich, and although the manager eventually addressed the issue, the resolution was handled in a way that felt unprofessional and somewhat awkward. Despite this, the quality of the food and coffee made up for the service shortcomings. We will definitely return, but we hope for an improved customer service experience next time.

One of my friends trainers recommended this place for breakfast. It's pretty cool when you get there you order at the counter and then grab a seat and wait for them to bring you your food. The price the food was very filling and tasteful. The atmosphere is actually pretty cool too because you can actually sit indoors or out, I would recommend this place. If you are looking for a spot I didn't try any lunch, but the bacon egg scramble was really really good.
