Starbucks - Newnan

Service was terrible. I've never had such a bad experience. Took forever to get my one drink. I went inside, asked a question about an item on the app and was advised to order that way....which was never told that it would actually put me behind everyone despite being in the store. Then the drink was mediocre at best. Never this location again, Hwy 34 Thomas Crossroads

Excellent products and excellent service! Coffee and food items are prepared quickly. When you receive hot coffee or food items, they are both hot and fresh! I give this store a 10 out of 10 rating. I would suggest going earlier in the day. Some food items may be sold out by 4 or 5pm.

Always speedy and nice. They've messed up my order a few times, but always get it fixed very quickly

This location is so much better than the other Starbucks near by. Spacious, clean, friendly and easy access. The parking lot is much larger than the one in newnan, and much less busy than the one in peachtree city. I will drive the extra distance to stop here over the others any day. The staff here is friendly and full of life. They definitely add to the quality of this location.

The consistency of store hours and open times have spiraled out of control. I have had positive experiences at almost all Starbucks except this one.... The majority of the employees are not pleasant to interact with at all. I also noticed they weren't wearing their name tags.. Which is highly unusual for a Starbucks. They literally have a list of greetings and conversation points to have with customers.... But this location definitely doesn't try to be friendly like most others.
