Restaurant bewertenBland tasteless food cooked to suit the American palate. Wasn’t worth $14.99 tax.Not true north indian food from even thé remotest perspective.
The weekend buffet is 17 and it is some of the worst food I've ever had at an Indian place. There were weird options too, like just sautéed mushrooms. The paneer had two cheese cubes. The worst part was the tikka masala. It had no flavor and was very watery. I highly doubt they make their own naan as it was dry and thin like the ones you can buy at the supermarket. 3 stars because place was clean and the front desk guy was nice.
The best Indian food! I prefer star of India over similar restaurants in atlanta. We're lucky it's in Newnan!
What a big difference. I was so disappointed in my food. I ordered the vegetable platter (the samosa was oily and cold; the vegetable pakora was oily and cold) all looked like it was leftovers from lunch. The naan bread tasted like flour, cold and dry. The pakora chicken was cold and the breading was failing off. The chutneys are not what they were in the past.
The buffet is great!! My husband and truly enjoy this place.
