Krystal - Newnan

This was the best experience I've had at any Krystals restaurant. The lady was very courteous and patient even though we had a large order and everything was prepared correctly.

Food is good if you like Krystals. Service is lacking especially if they are busy. They 've had a sign on their drink refill station that reads temporarily closed. . It 's been that way for over a year. If they are busy, you are much better off going through the drive thru. Apparently, they put a priority on that versus people standing in the restaurant. In fact, if you want to eat inside, you are still better off going through the drive thru and then taking your food inside to eat. The doors was locked at 7pm! All the lights were off outside! The employees dancing around on the inside! Absolutely pathetic! Poorest run Krystal's restaurant I have ever seen. Corporate needs to do something!
