Restaurant bewertenThe manager is extremely rude. The chicken sticks used to come with a certain side, but that has clearly changed. While I don't mind paying for my meal, it would be nice if they could be polite to their customers, especially when there are changes to the menu.
The experience was mediocre. The restaurant was quite cold, and the hot food wasn't hot at all. It could also use some cleaning, as the tables were dirty. The service was slow, likely due to a staffing shortage, possibly a result of COVID. With a few improvements, this could become a more enjoyable place to dine.
The food is good, and the staff is friendly, but the Drive-Thru is the slowest I have ever experienced. It feels like their system can only handle one order at a time. A customer places their order, drives up to the window to receive it, and only then do they take the next order.
I only had one issue during my visits, but it hasn't occurred again. Overall, my experiences here have been quite positive. The ice cream has consistently been solid and well-mixed with nice chunks. A suggestion: if you're going to advertise the Blizzard on TV, please make sure it's available at all Dairy Queen locations. It's frustrating to travel for hours just to get one, especially when there are 90,000 people in the area. It seems like all locations should offer the Blizzard!
I sincerely apologize to Dairy Queen Aurora, as my negative review was mistakenly directed at them instead of Dairy Queen New Market, which truly deserves a positive review. I must emphasize that Dairy Queen New Market should be closed, as they are a disgrace to the franchise. They chose not to participate in National Ice Cream Day, and they even refused to honor our loyalty points. Myself and others are committed to advocating for the closure of this location. It's important for Dairy Queen's corporate office to be aware of the issues at this store, as places like this do not enhance the customer experience and only drive us to seek alternatives.
