Several times I've ordered ahead using the mobile app, waited in line for 30-60 minutes and then got told that they aren't fulfilling mobile orders. Maybe put up a sign? I wouldn't stick around and wait an hour if I hadn't already paid.
I’m not from the area, but visited tonight. My son ONLY got out of the car here during our little trip. He had lost his phone while getting out the car. I called and asked if anyone had turned it in and i was told to call back at 4 am because they were in a rush. (This was at midnight) i asked if they could just check right out front by looking out the door and i received attitude. I was told he was the manager then was handed to someone different. They told me they would go check Nd to call right back. I waited 10 minutes then called back and asked for the manager. The first guy before answered and said he was the manager. I told him he already told me he wasnt the manager and asked to speak to the manager. He then told me the manager left. I explained he told me to call back and he ignored me. Set the phone down and continued taking peoples orders. I sat there for 10 minutes being ignored. I called back 2 hours later and my number is either blocked. Or they left the phone on so no one could call. All i wanted to know is if my son dropped his phone right outside of the door.
Every time we come there’s an older male who is very disrespectful. Not just to myself but to a lot of ppl who order. If you don’t know how to be respectful to your customers then you need to find a new job. Awful service every time I go there.
Went through drive through at 7:25pm and still waiting at the mobile pick up stall...7:45pm and still waiting. I thought PA had bad service, I guess it's all over?
