Amazing food. Great service. Reasonable prices. It's busy so don't forget to book!We didn't book...luckily we were able to share a table. We were told it would be a 40min wait for our meal...it actually took a lot less. Very happy all round ! Thoroughly recommend.

My partner and I came here early on a Saturday night. The dining area was half full when we arrived but within an hour the place was packed out. When we tried the food we realised that this place is a little gem in the heart of Newcastle. We ordered the Mini Spring Rolls, Beef with Oysters and Cashews, Satay Chicken and Fried Rice. The spring rolls were quite good and top value at $5 for 6. The beef dish was tasty and came with lots of different veges- such a change from just getting carrots and onions with your Chinese meals! The Satay Chicken was spot on and I'd get that dish again. The fried rice was also tasty. The dish sizes were quite large and excellent value. We'd def go back again and try different meals as the dishes we saw people having around us also looked awesome!

Food was hot and delicious. Huge range of choices for $11. Loved the free mini spring roll. Clean and tidy tables. The on tap beers were icy cold, tasted fresh, served clean glasses.

When shopping in Newcastle Mall head to Steve's for a great value $10.00 lunch. We always order extra to take home for dinner and nightshift. Fast and friendly service and cold cheap beers. A good spot to take the family for a Sunday lunch.

A regular haunt for workers in the Newcastle Mall on the weekday lunch, this little Asian bistro located within the Newcastle RSL is a fine example of Chinese takeaway.The Pad Thai is a personal favourite with all food freshly made. Never a poor meal supplied.
