Restaurant bewertenDespite the long wait for my order, when I finally eat my food after approx. 20 minutes got, the woman on the theke was very apologetic and offered free cookies to customers including me, not their names, but I was in quite a lot of KFC facilities and waited and never really had an apology or something, so it made a really nice change and felt as if she really appreciated every customer.
The restaurant was in complete disarray, the staff were not helpful at all, the food was carelessly packed in the bag causing my chicken burger to collapse and the fries to spill all over. The food was lukewarm and of very low quality, making it a poor value overall.
I ordered a combo meal, but only received half of the items. Although they refunded me for the missing items, I was left hungry for the remainder of the day because I was at work. The customer service was extremely disappointing.
I visited KFC for the first time in a long while to grab takeout while staying at a nearby Premier Inn. The self-service ordering was smooth, although there was a common issue with not receiving a receipt. Luckily, my order number was easy to remember. The food quality was pretty good, including chicken fillets, popcorn chicken, beans, fries, a chili dip, and an orange juice. All the food was hot, not greasy, and tasty when I enjoyed it back in my room. Overall, I give it a big thumbs up.
Got my food, tasted nice. I looked at reviews beforehand and didn’t dare check the toilets, and I’m not the kind of person to sit in and eat. Regardless, the staff at the register was very polite and while I didn’t get my desired drink or any side in my meal, it was replaced with something else and I appreciated the apology and attempt to replace it. All around a pleasant experience, even if the ordering systems weren’t working and occasionally the wait times can be frustrating.
