Red Anchor Inn - Newaygo

This place was pretty good. Been looking for a restaurant around here so u did t have to travel to grand rapids to war something descent. Staff was friendly and fast.Appetizers were great. Had a burger and Philly it was mouth watering. Can't wait to go back again.

Perfect lil stop. Quaint lil diner type place with good food and our server was friendly.

I ate the best fish tacos I've ever had here last night! I'm not easily impressed by fried fish and theirs was very crispy, tender, and not greasy. They have a great menu that includes lobster, steak, burgers, and burritos! We sat at the bar which seemed to be all locals/regulars. Everyone was laid back and enjoyable to talk to. A man at the end of the bar bought us carrot cake for dessert. The service, the drinks, the food, and atmosphere were all excellent! We will be back!
