Ellie's Bistro - Newark

Really enjoyed my time at this establishment. I specifically chose it because it had an unblemished, 5 star rating. Service was overwhelmingly positive and the food was soul warming. I ordered an appetizer, salad, woodfired pasta, and a pizza to go. I just wanted to try a few things. I will definitely be back.Orecchiette Pasta and Pepporcini Pie

Very good! Our group all ordered different apps pizzas/entrees and everyone loved it! Good quality, fresh ingredients, staff was friendly and accommodating to our dietary needs. Highly recommend trying this place! Only downside were hours opened as we tried to go another time when we were passing through the area and they weren't opened....we were so bummed. Definitely will go again.

This is my first time visiting the restaurantThe place really is a 5starService excellent, Clean, Food Is far beyond AmazingAll so fresh great flavor and super Fast at your table.The Chef is always around checking up on the food and thats a good thing. Pizza, Pasta Desert ALL EXCELLENT .Service Outstanding, Waitresses so kind and lovely.Thanks a lot for that Great Service literally this is what you are looking for when you go out to dine. The staff was amazing, attentive and accommodating. The food was out of this world and very reasonably priced. They have a pretty good variety of adult beverages but they will make whatever you want. Can't wait to go back again!

I wanna praise Ms.Janette/Janet for helping to assist me in a special long-distance order. I live all the way in Arizona I wanted to send some good healing Soup for the Soul for my sick mother who lives nearby. After a Google searc, I came up w/ Ellie's Bistro (My daughter's Ellie) So, that was my first of many signs i had chosen the right place my Momma was in good hands. After I placed the orders of soups, she volunteered herself to personally deliver the soups on her way home after her shift. Since they don't offer delivery, I was super bummed but she immediately offered to do so. I am truly grateful for her moving into action for complete strangers, I'm moved by her open heart, willingness to help my Momma who fell horribly ill w/a bad case of the shingles. Thank you to all who made it possible!
