Restaurant bewertenThey have a drive thru, but it takes at least 15 to 20 minutes every visit. Even after 20 minutes of waiting, the pizza is cold and old.
Absolutely nothing but chaos at this location went two weeks in a row. Ordered online showed up with the estimated time I was given both times nearly 45 minutes AFTER that time I received my order. The place was jampacked with customers both times saying the exact same thing that they were waiting 30+ minutes. nobody has any sense of urgency, never seen so many pissed off people in my life
If unbelievable lack of care topped with unacceptably bad service was a pizza, this location would serve it up hot and ready in a heartbeat. I placed our order online but when we around at the store (20 min before closing) the front door was locked. Despite knocking loudly and holding my phone up with an order confirmation on the screen for them to see the, the man and woman working inside blatantly ignored me. My girlfriend had to call the store for them to tell us to go through the drive through. The pizza was not cut, had the wrong topping, crust, and the side we got was not what i paid for. Crazy when LITTLE CEASERS employees have the audacity to do such a half job. You are replaceable.
Door dash orders are unbelievable slow at this location. If your a customer who orders DoorDash from this location, it is not the drivers fault your order took an hour to arrive. By far the slowest restaurant in OKC for deliveries.
Maybe they should answer the phone in a more professional way instead of hello I thought I had a wrong number ??
