Nice location, great service we stayed 4 days in room 724, can see the ball park and July 4th fireworks right outside our window. Breakfast is nice too, go early to avoid crowds.

Really need a refresher course in front desk relations. You need to have an employee at the desk in times of high traffic. Great your guest. Acknowledge you have their reservation don't leave them guessing. If you tell them you have them placed according to there expressed room preference make sure you don't subsequently move them to a much less preferred room. Don't take away Breakfast before deadline. I could go on.

Right in the heart of Bricktown! The gentleman at valet for courteous and prompt. Agape, Brittany, and Sheena were wonderful hosts. We forgot the pack-n-play for our baby so we bought one. Brittany saw us carry it in and informed us that the hotel has those available. We didn't even think to ask. We used the hotel's and were able to return the one purchased. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. Our room was spacious and has excellent views of Bricktown. We have always enjoyed our stays at Hilton brand hotels. This stay is at the top.

Agape and Roxanne were phenomenal in assisting us during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Do not stay here, or do not use Valet service if you do. My car was returned to me with a broken window, and the parking company says they are not responsible. They will not answer phone calls and their phone mailbox has been full for at least 10 days. After 12 days, I finally get an email saying they will not repair the damage to my car while in their possession. I thought Hilton was better than this.
