I strongly recommend closing this location. They create unreasonable rules and offer terrible customer service. It’s not worth your money to visit this place!

The bagels are pretty tough. I would only recommend the donuts.

Horrible! I'm standing waiting to place my order an the guy gets on his phone an walks away! When I told the other guy he call him he come back out still on the phone like it funny ! Do yourself a favor do not come here ! I see why they have a only 3 half stars

I placed my order and it was prepared, but when I went to pay, I felt I was racially profiled and ignored in favor of a Caucasian customer who arrived after me. When I politely asked if I could be served, the staff rudely told me to "Get out." This establishment clearly needs to improve its customer service skills, as well as provide training in basic English and pronunciation for their employees. I had trouble communicating in basic English due to their pronunciation difficulties, and I also doubt that they understand English very well. After this experience, I chose to visit another Dunkin' location further down the street, where I received excellent service in contrast to this one. The Dunkin' at 2258 1st Ave., New York, NY 10035 is infinitely better than the one at 147 E 116th St, New York, NY 10029.
