Dunkin' - New Windsor

Guaranteed Hit or miss. I ordered a latte and left with flavor shots and milk, no coffee.

To be honest, these are the hardest working people in the whole dunkin industry, a young with long hair ensured that my order was right and told me to have a nice day, it really did my day. I could just go back and ask for his number. he seems very kind.

I have been coming to this restaurant for about eight months now. The service was slow in the past due to a waiter who seemed to lack urgency because of the cat on the premises. However, I decided to give them another try and the service has definitely improved with the woman working there. She does a really good job. I would give them three stars for now.

The new Dunkin' Donuts location is very nice. The seats are comfortable and there are wireless phone chargers on the tables.

Came inside instead of waiting at drive through.3 ladies working counter, 2 ladies cooking. What should have taken 10mins tops took 25min!I was given 3 orders~none were mine.Finally, got my order left. Won't be going back to that particular DD!
