We stop by everytime we are in New Smyrna. Great ice cream, even though it can take a little time to receive your order.

No refund policy!! Beware!! Our kiddo did not like the mint ice cream?which he usually loves. So, we asked for a replacement of lesser value?but they said ?No!? Shameful!! I could not believe it. After all, It is common that restaurants will always try to appease the customer especially when the product does not taste right. Not here!! The assistant manager said ?sorry? but we won?t ever go back there. I hate it that I gave them nearly $25 for our group?s purchase. UPDATE: I see the manager replied to my post and I have NOT been contacted by Twistee Treat as promised. Boo Twistee Treat!! Nice ploy to make yourselves look good on this post.

Honestly this place is a no gooo?? The man serving at the window was extremely rude to this old lady right before us. Our experience with him was fine.While we were waiting and no one was coming to the window, the crew in the back of house could be seen staring at us. To add to that as soon as I was handed my cone it immediately melted. Pretty much had to scarf the thing down before it melted all over me. Overall bad customer service and bad ice cream?.

Staff was nice and took our orders quickly. Was out of bananas and hot fudge so took a star off for that. Ice cream was delicious!

If you want a great beach ice-cream experience in New Smyrna there are only two place to go, and Twistee Treat is the first place!
