El Tequila Family Mexican - New Prague

I found hair in my food, and the restaurant only offered me a $3 coupon as compensation. I hadn’t even eaten half of my meal when I discovered it. They suggested the hair looked like my friend's, but he had only taken one bite and has blonde hair, while the hair in my food was clear and brown. I do not recommend coming here.

Fantastic food, quick service, and spotless facilities—I've always left here feeling satisfied!

The servers are very friendly, and the portions are quite generous. The steak fajitas are absolutely delicious, and the margarita special was a delightful surprise!

The food was disappointing, and the service was lacking. The fried ice cream tasted more like stale muesli on the outside of a ball of vanilla ice cream. The meal itself wasn’t great either. We had to search for the waiter after they dropped off our food because they forgot our water, and we had to track them down again for refills.

The place was packed with diners on a Friday night which is great to see. We were told it would be about a 10 minute wait. I don't think we waited that long before a table opened up. We were given some chips and salsa but had to wait a long time before our server asked us for our drinks. Water would have been nice to have served with the chips. I ordered the chicken chimichanga meal and by the time I was 3/4 done I realized I was served a beef chimichanga. Drink refills were almost non-existent. My wife's refill showed up when she was done with her plate. Needless to say it was an off-night for our waitress. My food was hot and fresh and good but just not what I ordered.
