Restaurant bewertenGot a frosty and went on a day with my fiance. They were really packed that day and had zero seats available. Had to wait for over fifteen minutes. They messed up the order two days in a row. They refused to make it right. Order $1 frostys. For charged full price for one and the other frosty they added as a drink after staring we wanted a drink and two frostys. They refused to make it right and even give us a water cup. The frosty was completely melted. The food was cold and kinda hard. Two days in a roll and now I have officially decided to never go back to Wendy's unless something changes between now and the next time I may go back.
I told my wife, “babe I’m craving a chicken sandwich from Wendy’s”. We haven’t had Wendy’s in YEARS. Looks like it’s going to be another few years. As you can see on the pictures the spicy chicken advertised looks way better than the one given (middle). The last one is literally a Tysons chicken patty from Walmart. The sandwich was disgusting, no crunch at all. The breading was as if the patty was microwaved. I spent $50 there. I could’ve went to a real restaurant and maybe had a better experience. This is why people choose to stay home instead of going out to eat. The cost is high yet the quality is low.
Drive thru is to slow take 20 minutes to have your order and told you can you wait on the parking lot.
After 9:00 p.m. both delivery drivers, and mobile orders, are treated as second-rate customers. Have you pull around the entire building to wait in the Drive-Thru line a second time because they need a couple minutes to finish your food that should be ready by the time of arrival. Wouldn't be a problem if you didn't have to wait 20 to 30 minutes in the line first time. I've had mobile orders almost handed to the people in front of me. Only to be completely ignored for 5 minutes when I reach the window. Where the frosties are chocolate milk no longer ice cream. Like I'm sitting right here. They have a second parking spot for drive through as well as drive through lanes. Yet they simply won't apply these as having driver pull around helps there drive through ratings. Now with that being said if I order from the drive-thru there is never a problem. Just RIP delivery drivers. And people ordering mobile
Garentee to mess up your order . It's sad this is the one I live next to I'm always let down . The number dont even work to get threw. I'm calling corporate about how poorly this establishment has been run for the last 2 or so months . Complete terrible service.
