Melt'd - New Port Richey

A one man show but wow what a great sandwich. We ordered the BLT, a Cuban and the Big Cheese. Order took a bit to put together but a 10 minute wait while the guy was slammed is not really a problem. Only wish I had thought to grab some photos before we devoured everything!

I ordered the Philly and the bread was good and toasted with the cheese. The meat tasted more roasted beef which is not cooked when ordered. Like a traditional Philly. They don’t even mix the onions with with cheese so be prepared to eat a roasted beef with raw onions and peppers. I will never buy this again.

Seems like I came by on an off day, based on the other reviews. I ordered a sandwich off the menu (can't remember which). Service was friendly, and the drinks selection nice, but I found the sandwich itself to be dry. Either they forgot to put in a sauce of some kind, or they have some dry sandwiches on their menu.

We stopped in for lunch today. ordered 2 of the 3 sisters grilled cheeses. reasonably priced, excellent service, and stellar food! definitely will be back.
