Wendy's - New Orleans

Customer service with an attitude and food quality so low you have to order more to pick through to find anything palatable. It is so awful that you got to go in and see it for yourself. They are consistently bad.

Literally every time I come to this location, I have a problem. Either my food is under cooked or the portions I ask for are under portioned. I asked for extra cheese (and also paid for it) but didn?t receive it. I also order 2 home style chicken sandwiches and both were under cooked. The wait time is extremely long for no apparent reason and the customer service is iffy. The manager I spoke to said she would get it fixed but no luck.... I guess that?s the reason I gave you guys the 1 star!

Alright. So I drive up, looking for cheap breakfast food. No one answers my hello's for about 5-10 minutes IN the drive through. They finally get back and don't even have a menu for breakfast. I look up a menu for breakfast and ask for a chicken sandwich. They needed to cook, ok I can wait another 10 minutes for them to burn my overpriced gmo sandwich and send me on my way. Never again, just go somewhere else.
