Two Chicks Cafe - New Orleans

When we arrived there was a line down the street. We put our name on the list and waited in line. The line moved quickly and after a 15 minute wait, we had an amazing breakfast! All the portions were large! The service was top notch and the food worth the short wait.

2 chicks rocked! My wife and I went there for lunch one day and it was really good and definitely had a healthy twist on their menu and food items. I ordered the cajun sausage panini and my wife had the chicken panini and both were very tasty. It was complimented by a side salad. The lemonade was good also with a cucumber in it, I couldn't get enough. The must be a popular place because there was a line for lunch although it still did not take very long and we were in and out before the lunch hour was over. The food was so good that we went again the next day for breakfast. The breakfast also tasted very good. There was a short line waiting for them to open at 8 a.m. We received our breakfast after a brief wait. My wife could not stop raving about the smoked gouda grits. This was recommended by a co-worker who was also there getting food. I would recommend this place and would definitely go again when I am in the area.

Worth it! This location was a little off the beaten path, but close to our hotel and what a find! The Bahn Mi Po Boy had all the flavors. The grilled cheese was huge, the salad was filling and the strawberry mojito did not disappoint!

Everything was delicious! Service was superb! I wish I could remember the waitress’ name. She was great! And the food was amazing. I got the French toast with smoked Turkey. Delicious. Others got the andouille sausage. I tried a piece. Delicious! Pancakes and omelette, Delicious! We got a chicken salad to go. I didn’t taste it, but the chicken was juicy and looked perfectly seasoned. And the fresh juice, OMG! I got strawberry lemonade, tasted the fresh apple juice! Tasted like you are eating an apple. If I ever return to NOLA, I am definitely going back. Plan for a wait time, but it was worth it and our wait time wasn’t horrible! Try it! You will love it!

They have 2 locations, and you can't go wrong with either one. I will definitely suggest getting a bit early to avoid a wait time since it's not a huge place. friends and I were there twice for lunch after the convention center during essence fest. I will definitely be back during another visit
