Justine - New Orleans

We have before Justine and it was fantastic, wow not this time service was simply ok, timing was on drinks, wine delivery, the lamb was boiled over then way under boiled, no answer from the manager and our bill over $400, will never be back. After eating in several Brennans restaurants during our stay that were all FAB, so disappointing to finish our journey in this way

1. Brianna was a delight and exactly what you are looking for from a sever. 2. She and the sommelier helped us pick a perfect wine. 3. The food was incredible. My dining companion said the following “after this is a meal, I am like, just run me down with the streetcar after this, it’s never going to get better! 4. The vibe and the music are magnificent. Honestly, no notes. Couldn’t have had a better meal.

Ordered a medium rare burger, it came out very charred, the bun was soggy and the fries were stale. I don’t normally send food back but I could not eat that burger. My waiter was absolutely wonderful and sent the burger back immediately. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich instead. It came out under cooked and pink in the center. While I appreciate rushing my replacement order out, I couldn’t really eta it bc it was under cooked. The portions were very small for a $24 sandwich.

Justine’s does not disappoint. The food is excellent, the ambiance amazing. And Ellis our server was outstanding. Thank you Ellis.

Food was amazing! Our server Maddie was so fun and knowledgeable and make our experience that much better! Will definitely be back.
