Breads On Oak Carondelet St

We’ve been ordering the King Cakes from here for a couple years. Happy to finally eat here!

I had the signature Pumpkin biscuit sandwich and was very good. Be warned- must eat with utensils. It’s got a light spicy kick. I also tried the Praline Pecan “Béclair” super tasty and rich. I didn’t order a latte but the espresso maker looked kind of chintzy one of those small ones. It’s a great location located close to Canal St where all the hotels are located. Good sized seating area with a restroom for customers.

The food was so good and the cafe has such great study spaceslovely atmosphere and super friendly staff!

Never give bad reviews, the food is great, but the service was pretty [censored]. Asked if there was gravy for the biscuits and was told to go somewhere else. They ran out of tofu scrambler at noon on a Sunday? The vibe just wasn’t positive.. sucks coz it’s my birthday and I was really looking forward to a good brunch experience!

Adorable back patio and interior rooms if you walk through a bit. Delicious treats for breakfast and dessert.
