Dunkin' - New Middletown

I know they are trying their best, but we have never had a good experience here. You?d think after personally complaining to corporate (which i hate doing, for real) and so many negative reviews they?d improve, but i guess not. Tonight they neglected to tell us that their steam wand was broken, and both of our drinks were cold when one was hot. They both tastes like water, mocha, coffee, and syrup . Gross. I asked for a sugarplum latte, not iced coffee with sugarplum (for clarification). I?m honestly flabbergasted that the store is still open.

Our coffees were originally messed up but they replaced them with 2 new ones and the staff was AMAZING!!!

This Dunkin has messed my order a few times. But the staff is wonderful and always fix it.

I would just like to say that Dunkin? has cups that are equal to Nokia phones. I am very clumsy and frequently drop things in my car and in class, any time I have anything other than Dunkin? it breaks. This morning I dropped my tea in the car and not only did the cup stay in tact but the lid didn?t even come off. 5/5 cups.
