Duffy's Diner - New Iberia

Stopped here for lunch after the Tabasco Factory. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Great service, great food and great service!

I made a to go order and ordered grilled fish. I was asked if I wanted 3, 4, 5 pieces of grilled fish. When I picked up my order I was given a shrimp dinner and nothing with 3, 4, or 5 pieces of fish. When I called and told them they had the audacity to tell me I had to pay for an ADDITIONAL meal if I wanted what I actually ordered. Awful experience and after eating here for 20 years I'm definitely never going back. If you order from here you better check your food because they do not care about your experience.

Ordered the 1/2 rack of baby back ribs. Ribs was tender, but overall taste of them with whatever bbq sauce was used, tasted horrible. I will not order them again and I do not recommend them. Shrimp stew was ordered by my fiancé and kids had the chicken and sausage gumbo. Kids informed me that the rice was still kinda hard and the sausage was ok. Overall my first experience here, I’ll give it a C- Service wasn’t to par either.

My drink was never full, and my chili dog had no chili. Asked for more chili, it took so long my finger went through my bread. I'll never come back. Horrible

We typically enjoy Duffy's but tonight we called at 8:19 pm to place order for pick up. Call got put on hold and picked up at 8:25 pm I ordered the family bucket but was told they could not cook chicken passed 8:30pm because they close at 9:00pm. It really doesn't make sense and not good customer service. I am posting in hopes that the manager and/owner can address with their employees. Food is usually good and we've been pleased in the past prior to this incident.
