Shake Shack New Haven

Ordering was a breeze...I used the kiosk/ tablet. I was sent a text when my order was ready (10 minutes). Everything was nice and hot...The order was correct! The lines were not too long and the staff was awesome! They all had masks on. That is still important to me. Thanks Shake Shack!

Above and beyond what I was expecting. This is my family and i's new favorite place for burgers. We ordered online and were absolutely satisfied with our food. Fresh avocado- juicy burgers- perfectly melted cheese absolutely delicious. The avocado bacon burger was amazing, the double bacon cheese burger was so good we also got the shroom burger and it was delicious. Highly suggest going here.

It was my first time at this location and only my second time eating from Shake Shack. The Bacon Cheese burger and fries taste fresh and very good. The strawberry shake was flavorful and the consistency was perfect.

Amazing food and incredibly kind people who truly strive to serve their customers. There's a new employee who worked for a little over a week and needed help with the cash register. I could tell she was feeling terrible about the hold up, and I insisted that cash takes time to get used to. I was incredibly pleased to see one of her colleagues help her through the process, and it was definitely worth the wait... not only did they have uniquely crafted food and delicious naturally flavoured juice, the colleagues help their fellow colleagues when the help is really needed, and it gave me alot of faith and hope for humanity. If you are near Yale, New Haven, please give Shake Shack a try.
