Restaurant bewertenThe other day, I stopped in for a meatball and a pepperoni pizza. I was absolutely satisfied and found it to be reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back soon!
I enjoyed the breadsticks and the pizza, which reminded me of my childhood when Sbarro was a staple in every shopping mall across America. The atmosphere is great, and I think they should also have a path leading down to the main lobby. Considering their courtesy, helpfulness, cleanliness, and the fresh flavors reminiscent of the 90s Sbarro, I think it's definitely worth a quick visit. Although I had already purchased a sandwich from another place in the station, that place wouldn't let me refill my water bottle. I also stopped by another spot near the entrance, but they informed me that their policy was to sell disposable plastic instead of offering tap water. Overall, this place stands out for its commitment to customer service and sustainability.
We only had a minute before our train, but we quickly got things rolling. No stress at all—we grabbed two slices of pizza and a beer in just 60 seconds! These folks really know how to keep the line moving. If you can’t handle a little urgency at the cash register, then this might not be the spot for you. This place is meant for serious pizza lovers!
The man who worked the place was kind. pizza was what I expected for a chain joint, and the price was on the high side because it was in a train station.
Even at 9:30pm, the pizza slice I got was respectable and not greasy at all. There is a Hispanic guy who works there... he has a thin beard and is into spider-man. He was really nice and very friendly. Not only did he heat up my slice well he also made my arrival in new haven very pleasant. Being that it is memorial day, it was nice to have someone ask me if I was military rather than me needing to tell them (discount).
